Delivery Charges

When you make your purchase from Adorned Jewellery you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order.  All paid for, in stock items are dispatched to you on the same or next working day via a secure service which requires a signature.  For individually sized items, i.e. rings, please allow 10 -28 days, as these items may have to be specially made for you.   You will be contacted by Adorned Jewellery and given an expected delivery date for such items.  When your purchase has been dispatched you will receive an email with details of your unique tracking reference number. Standard delivery is free of charge to all UK addresses, however, if your order is urgent and you would like to take advantage of Royal Mail Special Delivery, this is an option for a cost of  £5.95.

Overseas

Overseas deliveries are only made to EU countries and these are charged at a standard rate of £10 and are sent via "International signed for"delivery, except for the Republic of Ireland which is charged at £5.95.

Late Orders

In the unlikely event that your dispatched order is late, please use your tracking reference number to track your delivery with your local sorting office or the Royal Mail website (www.royalmail.com).  We can only refund non-deliveries when the parcel is officially classified as lost by the Royal Mail.  This is 15 working days after the date of delivery.  If your order is urgent please contact us and we will be happy to send a replacement, if available, but only on receipt of payment.  A refund will be arranged if the original item has not been delivered after the 15 days have elapsed.


Unwanted Gifts

Provided goods are returned unused, in an ‘as sold’ condition (subject to our inspection), within seven days of receipt, we can exchange any goods (except pierced earrings - for health and safety rules), or send a replacement. If no exchange is required, we will issue a credit note or gift voucher which can be used to purchase another product from our range.

Returns

All returns must be wrapped securely with your original receipt and sent to us at the address below, prepaid and insured for the full amount via Royal Mail Special Delivery and insured to the value of the item(s) sent. The jewellery must be returned within 14 days and in its original packaging.

Our experts will inspect the returned contents upon receipt of your return for any signs of wear, tear and tampering before issuing refunds, replacements or credits. You should be aware that once the return process begins you will not be able to cancel any additional contracts you may have with us until the return process is complete. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the product, which will be deducted from your refund unless we delivered the wrong product to you, or if the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

Adorned Jewellery does NOT cover the following:

  • The loss, theft or mysterious disappearance of gemstones;
  • Resizing rings by one full ring size up or down;
  • Theft, loss and/or mysterious disappearance of the jewellery;
  • Damage resulting from unauthorized repair; damage caused during delivery, negligence, misuse or abuse;
  • Alteration or intervention performed by any third party;
  • Jewellery article(s) with altered or removed hallmarked stamps;
  • Cost of shipping.
